After learning that my Dell OptiPlex AIO 7000 was not upgradable to Windows 11, I appreciated you confirming those limitations and walking me through my alternatives. I am very pleased with the new Windows 11 HP AIO; it was a great value at half the price of my original system. The transition has been seamless. Thank you for cloning my software to the new computer; everything looks and operates exactly as I am used to, but with the peace of mind that I am now fully supported.
